The Practice:

This intimate retreat offers a simple and grounded space to slow down, step out of daily life, and turn inward through sitting and walking meditation. The practice is Vipassana style. A non-sectarian practice based on awareness of the breath and body sensations without judgment, enabling a direct experience of equanimity, balance, and inner quietude. Benefits of this practice include stress-reduction, self-awareness, body-mind connection, and the ability to respond to life’s challenges calmly rather than reactively.

I am a Personal Growth Coach and Group Facilitator. I have been working in this field for 23 years. When I was in my early twenties I began experiencing a series of profound awakenings that had me realizing that I was more than just my physical body and familiar mind. I was becoming aware of a Deeper and Higher Self which transcended my conditioned self. These openings compelled me to leave my home in South Africa and journey around the world, exploring many different religions and cultures. I enjoyed finding Truth in all the colours and manifestations of this world and its people.

I have had the privilege of sitting in the presence of many incredible teachers and masters, and I have collected many skills through a variety of modalities. I have a Psychology degree, a certification in Transformative Coaching, I am a Mind Mapping Instructor and I also studied  Subconscious Metaphor Analysis and Clean Language Coaching. Most recently I have been training to become a Shadow Work Facilitator. A form of Jungian based group work for healing our childhood wounding and limiting imprints. I am also a mother of 2 beautiful souls who are my intimate teachers and friends.

And, like many of us, Life has given me plenty of opportunities to grow through challenging circumstances. I have come through two divorces, the suicide of a close friend and years of debilitating Lyme Disease. These hardships have given me the impetus to dig deeply into the roots of my Being and discover that no matter my life circumstances, I have a wellspring of inner peace that I can draw from whenever I choose to.

My passion is to share this knowledge with others and to help them move through life’s challenges and choices, inside and outside, with the grace and insight that comes from connection to our True Nature. This is a passion which I share with my partner Sagi, and it’s an honour and a blessing to walk beside him in this journey of life and sharing.

From a young age, I have been drawn by a deep curiosity to explore the nature of who we truly are. This lifelong journey has taken me through Zen meditation, Buddhist Vipassana, and the profound path of self-inquiry inspired by the teachings of Ramana Maharishi, an Indian sage.

Over the years, I came to understand the deep connection between body and mind. This led me to study therapeutic bodywork, yoga, Qigong, and meditation—not only as a student but also as a teacher and facilitator. For nearly 15 years, I was part of the team at Alumot Farm in Israel, a retreat center dedicated to holistic health and personal transformation. There, I guided meditation sessions, facilitated inner growth processes, and supported people through journeys of physical, emotional, and spiritual renewal. My work included mindfulness, meditation, heart-centered practices, inner child work, breath awareness, and gentle movement through yoga and Qigong.

Five years ago, I moved to Canada to begin a new chapter with my life partner, Sally. Here, I built a window cleaning business—an experience that has reminded me that spirituality and everyday life are not separate. I value both inner stillness and practical action, and I believe that presence can be found in every aspect of life.

Today, Sally and I are creating a welcoming space where people from all backgrounds can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and discover the clarity, peace, and simplicity that arise through mindful living. We look forward to sharing this journey with anyone who feels called to explore it.
